Medallion found! Look back at clues

Don Wilde shows the medallion and where he found it.
Don Wilde found the medallion about 7:20 a.m. Thursday near the intersection of Church Street and Traverse Road in McGill Park. See story titled "Don Wilde finds medallion in McGill Park."

------------------------------------

6th Clue – Thursday, February 11th

Locating the medallion will give you thrills,
But it will make others green about the gills.
Some clues may lead people all over town,
But if interpreted correctly, they will not let you down.

Keep clicking back to this site. We'll tell you if and when the medallion is found.

See Ed Lee's Blog (Operation Observation) toward the bottom of the Herald home page.

-------------------------------------

5th Clue – Wednesday, February 10th

Don’t weep if you haven’t found the treasure just yet,
You’ll figure it out soon, that is a sure bet.
If you get off track now you’ll be left in a lurch,
Let the clues that you’ve seen govern your search.

---------------------------------

4th Clue - Tuesday, February 9th

A train rolling by was the scene long ago,
But what I see most of now is a lot of deep snow.
If you search real hard the treasure will be found,
Just make sure to keep your nose to the ground.

--------------------------------

3rd Clue – Monday, February 8th

No imagination or idea is too obscure,
Just use the clues and the prize you’ll secure.
If you listen real closely to the area around,
Bells and children playing will often be the sound.

----------------

2nd Clue – Sunday, February 7th

All over St. Peter excitement is in store,
For those who like to go out and explore.
Hunting for the big prize can be lots of fun,
Seeking the treasure by moon or by sun.
